I rarely brush my hair, and wash it, so it was a bit of a task for her, but she seemed to enjoy it anyways.
Does drinking tea from a comb make you more or less British?
Great. I nearly let her do it, then my common sense kicked in. I really can’t be bothered to wash my hair much lately…
Typically I put it off and then it goes alright. I think we did it at the right time though as she had been taking two naps quite well for a while.
We went to meet a pregnant woman that I had been speaking to via an app. On the way I was rattling the toy on B’s pushchair to keep her awake.
B seems to like the swing more now, but I think all the walking tires her out. She was quite happy just being on the swing for ages while we chatted.
She walks quite a lot now. I do have to pick her up at times, which isn’t good for bump but sometimes I have to. Sometimes she is so wet from the rain that I do not want to put her in her pushchair, and she doesn’t want to get in it anyways.
I think I need to start giving her a bigger snack and she is starting to get more hangry before dinner.
Yeah, this is my life. I don’t think anyone reads this anyways so whatever.
Sometimes I do pick her up and it’s a struggle to cross the road with her wriggling, and to push the pushchair.
There were a couple of other people waiting, so I though they’d go and we’d just wait.
It was so awkward. They couldn’t see B from where they were in the car though.
Not so cute.
A young woman yesterday was walking looking at her phone. B tried to get her attention a few times with a wave, then made a noise at her while waving, but she was either in her own world or ignoring us. I don’t blame her.
I told B to not lose her friendliness and to keep persisting with her waving, though I doubt she understood me.
I think I’ve said it before, but it’s nice.
She generally just hides from them, especially if they have dogs that have barked in the past. Yesterday a couple of dogs we know were barking, and although B jumped she did not cry which is good.
Big lol. She was pushing a shopping trolley bag, and I realised one would not be a bad idea with B. She can push it along and then when she gets tired I can just put her inside. I probably won’t do this…
This happened a couple of days ago, but the woman was sweet and indulged her. And then when we met ‘the pregnant lady’ B kept waving bye.
‘Oh, isn’t he a good walker.’ (Everyone just assumes she’s a boy.)
Probably more to be fair. There does seem to be a fine line between tiring B out and her getting overtired, but hopefully over time she will adapt.
‘Warmed my heart’ – lol. It’s true though. I was a bit like ‘oh B, don’t play with that it’s not yours’, but they were really kind. They were probably 10 or something? I really can’t age kids.
This happened a bit before, but is more obvious now with just the one nap a day.
It’s funny. Still trying to get B to notice…
She’s moving now. It’s good though as it’s reassuring.
‘I can fit through that – oww.’
I was super tired to be fair. I couldn’t tell if my computer was playing up or if it was my eyes.
Whoops. I then had to roll over a bit and was just lying weirdly when he entered the room.
It was a bit spikey… I think she is quite well protected though.
She’s still got a bit of time to adapt to the idea. She likes to look at babies in the park, but let’s see how much she likes having one at home all the time.
See, your sister is useful B. I’m still not 100% sure it’s a girl – I saw a newspaper article about a woman who was told she was pregnant with 2 girls and a boy and she ended up having boy triplets.
26 weeks pregnant with B comparison:
Okay, so seeing my belly move started around the same time.
I have noticed a few strange shapes too. I guess she is getting bigger. (My app says the size of a swede – 35.6cm in length, that is quite long.)
I haven’t noticed any lumps in my legs with cramps this time, but I had forgot about this. The other night I had a cramp and just swung my leg out of bed to stand up and it was less painful than normal. Win.
I feel torn with this project as I love imitating B, but I also want more bump photos. I guess my next shoot can be a bump image…
